Built with pilot firms
EngiProse is built by Simon Jacobson, ten years a consultant at Deloitte, PwC, and now Atlassian, with proposals part of the job the whole way. He started EngiProse for the engineers in his life who kept describing the same RFP response struggles. If you request an invitation, he reads it and replies.

Common questions
Who owns the proposals and RFPs we upload?
Your firm does. Your content remains yours, and you can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
Is our content used for other customers?
No. Drafts are grounded only in your own organization's library. Nothing your firm uploads is shared with, or used to generate content for, any other customer.
How does the pilot work commercially?
Each pilot runs under written terms agreed up front. Billing is by credit card through Stripe or by invoiced bank payment, whichever the agreement sets.
How do we sign in?
With Google, Microsoft, or an email magic link. There are no passwords to manage. EngiProse sets up your organization and seats during onboarding.
What happens when EngiProse leaves early access?
Pilot customers keep their accounts and their content, and hear about pricing changes before anyone else.
How is our data kept separate?
Every organization's data is isolated at the database level, and access is limited to the people you invite.
